Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

It is used to keep up to date with payroll taxes, accounting for staff time to cost centres and generally managing payments to staff. Previously the information now available on one screen would have to be sourced, collated and prepped before the review process. This was lengthy and cumbersome.
  • I like the payroll journal which allows us to see what was paid to whom.
  • We can accurately track payments made for payroll taxes.
  • Simple and easy to understand formats make review and management a cinch.
  • Not sure that this is a flex issue but there is no import feature into QuickBooks. The data has to be manually entered.
  • Reduced admin time and costs.
For small business with limited HR resources Paychex is simply fabulous. Previously, a considerable amount of time and effort was expended in payroll functions and accounting processes involved around payroll. This is now taken over and the process is simple, easy and quick. The staff at Paychex are superb, knowledgeable and extraordniarily obliging in their willingness to assist.
