Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We used Paychex Flex to check our weekly reports. Occasionally use it to verify data on employees or to check former hours or pay issues.
  • Quick access to employee deductions.
  • Easy use of 401K data.
  • Up to date data of vacation hours used per employee.
  • I do occasionally have trouble finding the correct reports, could be more "search-able."
  • Seems to have lots of maintenance shutdowns.
  • Would like to see stock history on the 401K.
  • Time saving on payroll processing.
  • Confidence that the taxes are done properly.
  • Confidence withholdings for insurances are properly handled.
  • 401K's are managed.

QuickBooks Desktop for Mac, Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
Paychex Flex has been most helpful with our weekly reports, thanks to Covid we were no longer receiving the reports with payroll but we can easily log in and print off what we need for our records.
A suggested improvement, as mentioned before, would be nice to see the history on stocks offered.
