Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is used to process our bi-weekly payroll, quarterly and yearly reports.
  • Very user friendly for processing payroll.
  • Prompt response to questions.
  • Ease of use for setting up new employees.
  • I truly cannot think of an area where I am not pleased.
  • Increased efficiency.
  • Lowered risk for self pay.
I have not used the reporting

Minor issue with developing reports, but can work around
Paychex Flex is very user-friendly for our small business (less than 10 employees). I do not have experience with company's that have large # of employees so don't know how easy it is for them.
