Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We primarily use Paychex Flex for payroll processing & reporting. I use it for 4 companies, have a dedicated client service person and process payrolls via e-mail. Paychex does all of our tax reporting, we have employees across 6 states. I can use their on-line platform to get statistical data, or just look up past payrolls, run needed reports. It saves time and space having it readily available.
Pros
- Accurate payroll processing.
- Human resources help especially during COVID.
- Handbooks.
- Reports.
- Free services such as Finfit and Wellness Programs
- Employees have easy access to their information and can make changes
Cons
- Cobra processing.
- 401K answers.
- Handbooks made easy and contain all states information.
- Time saver.
- Ease of changing payroll enter dates if needed.
- Quick turnaround.
I have not used the reporting
ADP - and again, I had SO many problems with them, that I switched back to Paychex, moved to Paychex Flex, incorporated 401K with Paychex, use the HR solutions and Flexible Spending. All in one webpage, and easy to access.
