Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
In our organization, Paychex Flex is used to manage the companies FSA account and manage our payroll. For the FSA, our employees can login to their account and submit medical bills, EOBs, and receipts quickly and easily. They can also track submissions, correct errors on current submissions, and track when their reimbursement will be issued. They can either have it mailed or they can set up a direct deposit account and the reimbursement deposited right into their bank account. Doing payroll through Paychex Flex is also easy. The payroll is called in and later on in the day, a notice is received that the payroll reports are ready. Once logged in, we download check stubs and all reports that will be needed for taxes. We also get quarterly reports and backup copies of W-2 forms for employees and the company.

Paychex Flex offers a lot of information that the company can access 24 hours a day. Payroll reports, Payroll tax information, FSA balances and submissions, all of this and more is located in one easy to access website.
The company was using Paychex Flex when I started my position as Director of Finance and Administration. I have been with the company for 10 years, so for more than 10 years the company has trusted Flex with all their payroll and FSA needs.

We have Premium support. It was already in place when I started with the company
When the company switched to a new bank, Paychex accidentally changed our FSA banking account to the one only being used for payroll. The company President had an FSA reimbursement check come in that had the wrong account information. When I caught the error the Paychex representative not only corrected our FSA with our original bank account, but he also cancelled the FSA check that was wrong and created a new reimbursement check that was sent out and received a week later. A couple of other checks that had the wrong bank account information on them were also cancelled and resubmitted in a timely manner as well.
