Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Across the organization.

Pros

  • Reminds me of 401 K reports that have to be submitted.
  • Fairly easy to find reports.

Cons

  • Hard to find a phone number to contact someone.
  • The costs will increase without notification.
  • When states request information about employees that are not working for me anymore, I have asked Paychex for assistance in helping me stop the endless paperwork, but Paychex passes the buck.
  • Improved risk mitigation re: 401K.
  • Allows me the time to focus on the business.
