Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Across the organization.
- Reminds me of 401 K reports that have to be submitted.
- Fairly easy to find reports.
- Hard to find a phone number to contact someone.
- The costs will increase without notification.
- When states request information about employees that are not working for me anymore, I have asked Paychex for assistance in helping me stop the endless paperwork, but Paychex passes the buck.
- Improved risk mitigation re: 401K.
- Allows me the time to focus on the business.
