Better Than the Rest

Customer support is super with Paychex. I've had large and small issues and they have always been handled in a timely manner. Having a dedicated support rep makes all the difference. That one person is able to learn about your company and handle issues easily instead of being passed around from one rep to another who isn't familiar with your company.

Paychex is always working to update their software to make it more productive to its users. In the years that our company has been using Paychex, they've updated the actual payroll program to make it easier to input each employee's information while processing payroll and entering new employees. The fact that employees are able to update their own information is also a large plus. It makes the process easier for them and for me.

Paychex Flex is an easy to use system. I would think that it is appropriate for all small to medium size employers. I would think individual entry for a large company would take much too long to enter.
