Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

It is being used by the entire organization. We are a very small company, so using Paychex enables us not to use our resources with payroll, taxes, new regulations, etc.

Pros

  • Record keeping.
  • Tax payments.
  • Keeping us update with regulatory changes that affect the company.
  • We do not have an HR or Payroll department, so having Paychex Flex has enabled us to outsource the needed functions.
I can always reach a knowledgeable person if I have a question and get my question quickly answered.

Very easy to use and to find the reports I need.
Paychex may be somewhat less useful for a large company with internal staff to handle payroll related matters, but is provides a great resource for smaller employers.
