Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
As one of the partners and owners, I'm responsible for taking care of payroll. I have many other responsibilities, and payroll can be very time-consuming, and answering questions and providing documents to employees is time-consuming as well. Paychex Flex lets us outsource much of this work and allows employees to access the documents they need on their own.
Pros
- Lets employees get their own paystubs.
- Lets us access tax documents rapidly and easily.
- Lets employees update their contact info, like their address, easily.
Cons
- I'd like to see more tutorials showing employees how to use it themselves.
- I'd like to see clearer names for reports.
- Improved HR efficiency.
- Saved time--for both partners and employees.
- Greater trust in info for the employees.
