Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I love the Paychex platform, ease of use, add employees, run payroll and print reports. They file all necessary paperwork and do W-2s, I don't have to keep track of anything. Being small it is like having another employee.

Pros

  • Reports out quickly.
  • Tax filings without my effort.

Cons

  • Account manager accessibility.
  • Allow terminations on user end.
  • Less paper.
  • Given me more time to do other things.
  • Kept costs low.
  • Can give employees reports on demand.
Paychex is light years ahead. They are so much more client oriented and pleasant to work with. For about the same money I would pick Paychex every time.
Even if I can't connect with my account rep all employees are helpful, they answer all my questions and assist me in anyway possible.

Easy to use, user friendly, straightforward, I can get assistance when I need it and it is helpful and useful. My amount of effort is low.
Paychex works really well and is affordable for small businesses. It isn't overly costly however I think that as the number of employees goes up you would need to spend a lot more time and money working with them as your payroll company. Although I am not for certain as I am not a large company.
