Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Payroll and payroll taxes for two office dental practice.
  • Time keeping.
  • Payroll.
  • Payroll taxes.
  • Customer support.
  • Reports are difficult to understand, find.
  • Simplify report formats.
  • Reports are not named so that a novel user can find something. Need to be more user friendly.
  • Improved vacation tracking.
  • Accurate and timely payroll tax payment.
  • Direct deposit.
I have not used others.
Our rep is nearly always available by phone and responds promptly to emails.

I really like most of Flex’s features and how it helps with all aspects of payroll. The only downside for me are finding reports. I’m not an accountant. I don’t know the names for some of the payroll reports that are generated. It is difficult to know where to look, or what to look for. And the formats for the reports are difficult to read.
Well-suited for small business.
