Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to run the payroll for the firm. It takes care of handling the payroll as well as all the tax filings and W2s. We don't need to worry about any tax changes with our payroll that is handled for us.

It is nice to let someone else do the work of issuing the payroll, but sometimes it would be more convenient to file it myself online so I can do it when I want. On the other hand, it is easy to contact your representative and change the time of your call in.
