Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
I use Paychex for my quarterly payroll, I’m a real estate advisor that has incorporated my business for taxes and liability purposes. My business only has 1 employee, myself, Paycheck is very useful in paying my taxes for me and reminding me that it is payroll time. I don’t particularly have a business problem but I love the simplicity and ease of issuing myself a paycheck.
- The phone application.
- Having your own account manager.
- The reminders.
- I use it very minimally so I love it.
- Perhaps have an automatic payment that would make it even easier for me not to forget or out on the back burner.
- Cost effective.
- Time savings.
- Accountability.
I used ADP when I owned a much larger business with 15+ employees and weekly payroll.
The customer service was not comparable to the friendly, knowledgeable advisors that are handling my account. I feel awkward sometimes having to contacting them for simple questions considering what I’m such a small account, but I always feel that I’m treated as if I was one of their biggest account.
