Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We are a small business and use Paychex Flex for all of our payroll needs. It's user friendly and very informative via messages/notifications regarding important tax, Covid-19, HR updates and new employer resource availability. The staff is always helpful and very knowledgeable. They are always there to help and offer solutions for your customized needs.

Pros

  • The online knowledge base is very informative.
  • The customizable reports are very helpful.
  • The staff is willing to help and guide you step by step no matter how often the need arises.

Cons

  • I'd love to see, unless I just can't find it currently, a report where we can see a complete pay history for all employees on one report instead of having to open each employee and print individually.
  • Improved HR efficiency.
  • Saved time in processing.
The staff has always been patient and very helpful. Their replies are prompt with clear instruction/explanation depending on your individual needs. I've never hung up the phone feeling lost or stuck for a solution. Always a kind, helpful person on the other end of the line.

I give it a 9 as far as the features that apply to us. I would like the reports section to be easier to use.
It's quick and easy to use. And it's easy to correct an error with the supportive staff at Paychex Flex. If ever I didn't understand or was confused how to process a record, the staff was always patient and more than willing to help as many times as needed.
