Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex for Onboarding, Time & Attendance, HR, and Payroll. It is used by whole organization. Paychex has resolved issues from HR related challenges, payroll etc. The best part of Flex is it is one stop for all our payroll and HR needs.

  • Admins and Managers -Alert emails: Vacation requests, OT, schedules alerts should be emailed to Admin, supervisors, and Managers. Currently, we have to log into Flex to check such requests
  • Scheduling on Time and Attendance is not user friendly
  • HR Dashboard can be improved. HR basic templates must be available. Currently we have requests those from Paychex- HR personnel
  • Efficiency-Payroll
  • HR support has been good
  • Excellent reports- Especially PPP forgiveness
  • Prefer better service on 401k , retirement portal
Improvement areas : HR templates, Policies updates, Time & attendance alert emails for PTO, nearing OT.
Overall we are happy with Payroll services

Time saving, less administrative work.
Running Payroll [with Paychex Flex] has been very well suited for us especially for our Site employees, but the editing timesheet is erroneous for a few of our employees.
HR support has so far been great, can be improved by quick turn around in case of urgent matters.
Training, HR policies templates must be available for HR Managers/Supervisors.
