Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
Paychex Flex is being used across the whole organization albeit it's important to note that there's one employee and one employer. It allows the employee to see their YTD, to verify that their hours were put in by gaining access to the information before direct deposit hits, the ability to see and access past pay stubs as well.
- The ability to add emergency contacts to the employee's profile
- accessing W-2 & pay stubs online
- access to an app for on-the-go accessibility
- Changing direct deposit information in the app
- Inputting hours is incredibly easy
