Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is used to handle payroll and tax reporting. It is a relatively simple process and relieves me of having to keep up with a variety of tax payments as we have offices in more than one state.
  • Payroll: Once set up it is pretty much automatic
  • Tax reports: Again, they keep track of timings of reports so they are filed on time.
  • Tax payments: We get a heads up for all tax payments and they send out the payments.
  • Reports: The menu can be confusing and could use more precise descriptions; it would also help to be able to develop your own reports and to have them updated as the pay period changes.
  • Improved payroll processing.
  • Reduced late tax payments resulting in reduced costs.
Very responsive. I would like to see account reps remain in position longer as they do seem to come and go.

Definitely payroll and tax reporting. It also does a good job at our business insurance policy.
