Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I am a small family-operated one-location business. I currently use Paychex Flex for payroll services. It is wonderful! For years, I thought "why pay someone to do what I can do?" But not having to deal with the quarterly tax statements or keep up with the payroll tax changes has been amazing! I was late most often with my quarterly's when I did them myself and had to pay penalties and late fees to the IRS and Employment Security, so the fee to Paychex for this service is MUCH less than what I paid in late fees and penalties. I HIGHLY recommend it for any business large or small.

  • Huge time saver.
  • Employee information at my fingertips.
  • Peace of mind on tax forms.
I haven't had many issues to need support outside of what I do myself on the website, but when I have needed it, they have been right there, very accommodating and helpful with a great attitude!

Super easy to use! I'm not super tech-savvy, but it's an easy site to understand and use.
Well Suited in payroll services—being able to easily access employee check stubs, make changes to income or add bonuses or other income variations. Making changes to employee information is all very easy! Cannot think of any scenarios where it is less appropriate.
