Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

As a small company, we have used Paychex Flex off and on for years. The customer service is excellent and I love my Payroll Specialist! The website is user-friendly and all the forms are readily available. Paychex Flex files all the required reports and I never worry if they are done correctly. Although not the cheapest service, my payroll is worry-free! Thank you!

up to this point I have only used the basic reports such as Payroll, quarterly, and annual. Very easy to read and understand.
As I already stated, your prices are steep and keep rising, but I do believe you are one of the best available in my area.
Someone came to our office offering it and I realized TOO late it completely inappropriate for my age and the size of our company. Took months to stop the withdrawals and unenroll. I will just stick with payroll from now on.

Staff wondrful and the website is user-friendly!
As a small company I recommend using a payroll service since we do not have an HR department. It takes one task completely off my list of responsibilities. Thank you!
