We use Paychex Flex for payroll purposes. It's very helpful for reporting and employee punches.

Positively - We are able to track salaries by staff category as well as run individual reports. The employee tracking has been very helpful.
Customer service is great. Whenever I have a question, it gets answered pretty quickly. Even if the person I contact first isn't the one that answers my question.

Lots of aspects are intuitive. With training, it is very easy to use.
Paychex Flex has been very helpful to us as an organization. I'm sure that we are not utilizing all aspects of the program. We have about 30-35 employees at any given time, but this software would be just as helpful with 10x as many employees or even just a few.

I didn't purchase premium support. Excellent customer service is included with Paychex Flex.
I had an issue with an employee's retirement contribution giving us trouble with our payroll taxes. I was having trouble explaining what was going on to the employee. The Paychex representative was able to get in touch with the employee immediately to explain what was going on.

Yes - The mobile interface is great! It works very similar to how the desktop version works. I am easily able to switch between personal mode and administrator mode.
