Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex throughout our entire organization. Our employees are constantly on Time and Attendance logging the different campaigns they work on. All of our employees now get to see their pay stubs electronically and change their own information. Something I used to have to do for them.
  • Electronic pay stubs and W-2 are a big help. They allow the employee to access the information anytime they need it.
  • Importing of Time and Attendance into Payroll.

Our organization had a rocky start converting to Paychex Flex and the support team made some errors. It took me over 30 hours in Paychex Flex to make the corrections. We still struggle with getting accurate information sometimes from our support staff even after the conversion.

Paychex Flex's Time and Attendance, since the conversion has been challenging, especially in the reports available through Time and Attendance. We asked for training in T&A reporting from our report staff, and have never received any.

The reports available through Paychex Flex reporting have been very instrumental in completing forms for PPP loans and other documents.
Paychex Flex's interface with employees to access their paystubs and W-2s is a definite plus! It also allows employees to change their own information, like their address or direct deposit. This saves me a lot of time.

The way our organization uses Paychex Flex's Time and Attendance (like a law office tracks which case they are working on) is not conducive to using the import of employee's time into Payroll. I have to enter it manually for each employee.
