FACTS is teacher and admin approved!
We use FACTS Student Information System for all organizational purposes at our school. As a teacher, it is how I record attendance, grades, notes, report cards, getting student information, etc. As an administrator, it is how we set gradebook information, send out parent emails, store important information such as allergies, and plan our school year.

FACTS does what it promises
We use FACTS as our student database for PS-HS. We use it for billing, grades, communications, etc. FACTS organizes all our data into one central location. Also, because our school is separated across several campuses, it's easy to access no matter where you are. We also now use FACTS for all our applications.

- The new inputting process is a bit complicated.
- Label creation is sometimes hard to get the info you want on the label.
- There is no notification when an email does not go through. You'd have to look it up to know.

FACTS gives you the Facts on your students!!
We are a small independent private K-12 school that uses FACTS for Student Management and Student Billing. We support anywhere from 750 to 800 families in FACTS and it provides all our student Demographics and allows us to use built-in reports as well as customize reports for many aspects of student management.
- Allows full student/family information to be placed in student file.
- Can report from any field of information including custom fields.
- Creates student schedules and Classroom rosters.
- Allows parents insight into grades and discipline as well as lesson plans and daily/weekly classroom topics.
- Really cannot think of anything it does badly.

FACTS...Best Student Management System
FACTS is utilized by faculty and staff of the entire K12 school. The software consolidates all aspects of student and family management.

FACTS is being used by all the teachers in our school (K-12). We use it as a grade book, a lesson planner, an attendance ledger, and for most of our record keeping. It has been instrumental in getting our entire staff on the same page. It is a drastic improvement over our previous software.

- Simple way to store and access health information, behavior reports, and family contact information.
- We use FACTS in the residential aspect of our organization.
- FACTS has a strong grade book application, but I wish it were simpler to go back and forth between adding assignments and adding grades.
- The email (sharing) aspect of reports could be clearer.
- The last thing that i have found frustrating about FACTS was how often the name changed. The transition from Renweb to Renweb 1 was atrocious, but that seems to be a struggle of the past.

Worth it
We use FACTS SIS as our database program for our infants through high school. It keeps track of all student and family data, allows us to communicate with our constituents, and allows for teacher grade books.

- Better labels of mother and father in certain screens where other family are listed.
- Allowing attachments in Safari (works in Chrome).
- Would like alerts when an email does not go through.

Just the FACTS, ma'am...
We used FACTS for parent communication regarding grades, performance, behavior, and other student issues. It also allowed us to post fun things such as interactive assignments and projects, photos of class projects, and other materials that parents, students, and stakeholders used regularly. FACTS was helpful to our independent school in keeping international parents and others informed.

Facts about using FACTS in Admissions
We use FACTS across our organization. Our teachers use it for attendance, grade book tasks, database access, and communication. In the office, we use it for admissions, medical records (nurse staff), billing, donors, alumni, scheduling, hot lunch management, student and parent demographic and contact information, and communication. The business problem FACTS addresses for us is the ability to have all student and family information accessible to all members of our organization. The integration of the different functions ensures that the information accessed is always current.
- Admissions tracking is possible from initial inquiry all the way to enrollment
- ParentsWeb enables parents to access school information easily from a desktop or phone app
- FACTS customer service is outstanding. It is easy to either call or chat, and questions are researched and answered fully.
- It would be helpful to have all student demographic information on one screen as it was in a previous version. The new version is quite a learning curve, but there is support available which is consistently helpful.
