Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is probably the best payroll service I have used that is currently out there. I made the transition after I had problems with ADP Workforce Now and how clunky the site was. Paychex Flex is very easy to navigate and is very easy to use.

Positively - Paychex's recordkeeping and reports have helped us determine what areas we were having a lot more OT compared to others and we were then able to match that with our production schedule and see where we could improve to reduce costs of OT.
Customer Support is very knowledgeable on topics and if they don't know a certain topic, they will escalate it up the chain of command.
Paychex Flex does everything much better than ADP Workforce Now does from A to Z.

Paychex Flex is very easy to use and navigate. Even someone with not much computer experience can navigate Paychex Flex.

Relationship with Paychex, Inc.

They were very kind and not pushy. I told them my concerns and they took all that into consideration.
The vendor did not entirely leave me out to fend for myself. they made sure I was comfortable with the system before letting me go off on my own. They helped me process my first two payrolls until I got the grasp for doing it on my own.
Price and packages.
Let them know your concerns and what you need and they will come up with the best package for your needs along with a great price.

Paychex Flex literally does everything an Admin would want it to do when it comes to payroll processing

Evaluating Paychex Flex and Competitors

Yes - We replaced our 401k plan and previous payroll of ADP workforce now because we were not getting the level of customer service that we needed.

The ease of use the was biggest factor in helping us switch from ADP to Paychex flex.
I would not change it.

No, I did not know Premium support existed. Regular service is good enough.
The implementation process was the best i have seen from any software company. it was a nice and seamless process and the implementation team was very knowledgeable.
