Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex to run our payroll, we purchase worker's comp and now health insurance through Paychex Flex. Paychex Flex files our tax submissions and reports directly

I have not used the reporting - just use the payroll journal, small company, many reports are not necessary at this point
have had slow responses occasionally
Moved from Heartland, too many processing issues and site crashes. Paychex Flex site is easy to use and we like the portal for the employees.

We have used this service for 1 year and are happy with the performance
Great for smaller companies to run the payroll and tax prep. Allows for less time to be spent for onboarding employees with the use of the app.
