Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex
We use Paychex Flex for payroll, keeping track of documents, expirations on trainings, hiring, insurance and benefits needs. I try to use it as fully as I can. One of the biggest issues is the down time when they are running system maintenance during our workday. There seems to be a lot Paychex Flex can offer but it is a little tricky to navigate when you initially start using the system.
- Payroll
- Easy to store documents
- Clear dashboard
- navigating the help button
- integration of the benefits side to the Paychex side. Not as clear as I would like it.
- There is so much information that I feel like I still don't know.
- Employee self service is great if it works
- Hiring portal is not as user friendly. We sometimes get bumped off mid process and have issues with the invite going to the new hires email.
- The payroll date, amount are very clear. We are very happy with that section
Positively - We mostly use the P&L statements. We have also found the anniversaries and bdays to be helpful. I don't run too many reports on this system as I have another database that I use for that.
isolved was terrible. It never seemed to work correctly and information didn't always get saved on the first try. Paychex has helped by having the app and making it easier to navigate what you are looking for. I like that I have a personal account on Paychex and a admin account. The admin side can also be seen on the app which is very useful.
