Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use for payroll for our school and church. HR management and multiple reporting tools to manage out payroll costs.

Pros

  • Flex is simple to use
  • Flex is user friendly
  • Flex is very intuitive.

Cons

  • Tracking PTO, sick time, vacations
  • Payroll processing time is very quick
I have not used the reporting
Exemplary service from our account specialist and the support help line.
every question is answered quickly and with the answer I needed

Ease of use, logical steps processing payroll
The ease of use and the amazing support system. Any issues I have ever had have been very small and quickly resolved if I asked for assistance.
