Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex to process payroll and produce accounting reports.

Pros

  • Flexible
  • User-friendly
  • Easy to learn
  • Easy for employees to access

Cons

  • Reports - could be more adaptable
  • More efficient payroll processing
  • Easier employee access
Positively - Deduction reports, tax reports, EEO reports
I usually get help on the first phone call.
I changed from Paychex Preview to Paychex Flex and have not evaluated other products.

Because I think it's an easy program to use.
We import payroll data from two different 3rd-party programs. It works very well.
