Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex software is used for processing bi-weekly payroll. It addresses the complex issues related to payroll and paying the related federal, state and Social Security taxes associated with it. Paychex Flex is utilized to process a one employee simple payroll. At this point in time there is no need to take advantage of any other features that are offered using Paychex Flex.

Pros

  • simple to use
  • payroll is processed very fast
  • corrections are able to be made via the software within 15 minutes
  • payroll reports are usually available within 1 hour of processing payroll

Cons

  • lower the cost of simple payroll processing
  • have a dedicated contact person that includes at no additional charge or fee
  • improved titles for quarterly reports
  • costly for processing one person payroll
  • can process simple payroll in less than one minutes
  • can double check the report (payroll journal) before payroll is processed
I have not used the reporting - The following standard reports are good for my current needs;
  • Tax Deposit Notice
  • Cash Requirements
  • Direct Deposit
  • Payroll
Our company does not have the need for any customer reports at this time.

software is very easy to use to process payrolls.
Paychex Flex software is fast and simple to use for processing payroll for our company. The payroll reports are always generated very quickly. Payroll money is always deposited into employee accounts by the required dates. Paychex Flex stores data from previous payrolls and is very easy to locate and access.
