Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is used to do my company payroll. It helps that everything is in one place and easy to use.
  • Paychex Flex is easy to use
  • The customer service is A1
  • All taxes and other information is readily available
  • The help function is a little difficult to get used to
  • The fact that everything is online makes it very easy to process the payroll at any time.
  • Being able to contact a particular person for help if needed.
I have not used the reporting - Payroll Journals
401K report
PTO/Vacation reports
I have never had any problems with Paychex when I have contacted them. They have always been quick to reply to my questions and very knowledgeable about the system.
Because Paychex Flex is online based it is easier and more convenient to use.

Relationship with Paychex, Inc.

I was not the one to make the final decision but it was relatively easy
We did not have many interactions with the vendor after the sales but the one we did have was excellent.
As I said before I am not the person that made the final decision to go with Paychex Flex so I do not know about the terms negotiated.

Last December I was running a bonus payroll and had some questions regarding the timing in processing with the regular payroll and the support I received to my questions was exceptional. I was very happy with the response that I received.
