Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

I use Paychex Flex and it’s digital platform, software and portal to manage retirement plan clients and their online record keeping portals and platforms. Paychex Flex enables organizations to tie together their online digital payroll systems to their 401(k) programs in a fully integrated one stop shop package.

Paychex Flex is a solid and useful software solution and is a great option for emerging to small-sized businesses that need to manage payroll, benefits, and HR functions and are looking for a one stop shop to outsource everything.

Once a company grows to a mid sized organization Paychex Flex can become finicky. The platform isn’t tailored for large organizations with more than 250 employees and can create headaches for companies that are looking for a more customized experience.
