Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

Paychex Flex is working well for our company. Retail stores in five locations. Our specialist is very helpful and usually available. The improves over the past few years have been good.

No payroll company is perfect but this one is pretty darn good!
Tracking time and running payroll is quite easy. Could improving in reporting i.e. work comp reports, retirement reports, wages for EE's to report for SDI.
