Overall Satisfaction with Paychex Flex

We use Paychex Flex with the Time and Attendance add on. The Time and Attendance has allowed us to introduce PTO/Vacation options and removed the manual aspect of monitoring vacation time for each associate.

  • Kiosk
  • The communitive link between Time and Attendance and Pay role needs improvement. When there is an issue, one always says reach out to the other.
  • Paychex Flex has allowed us to removed the manual submission of pay role.
Paycor is more user friendly from a Manager level however Paychex Flex meets all of our requirements.

Manager users have limited access.
Managers need additional permissions/access to edit PTO balances. Currently only admins can make edits.
