We use it exclusively for payroll reporting

  • Getting through to the call center without having to wait is rare.
  • Wish there could be tutorials when system updates and changes are made.

They handle our payroll accurately and are always available if I need any assistance. They also understand our business and our budget. We've used several different payroll companies, and Paychex surpasses them all! Our employees also appreciate the convenience of having access to their payroll records, and the communications from Paychex. The Paychex Flex system is easy to use, and overall, we are very satisfied with Paychex.
Able to correct payroll errors in a timely manner so as not to negatively impact employees.
