Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor was our HR information and we used Paycor for payroll. However, the website was complicated to use, especially from the HR side. I tried calling the company and they just referred us to using the website, with no clarification. At the end, it was the price that ultimately made us stop using the company.
  • Great for big companies.
  • Not for small companies, where you don't have a lot of time to play around on the website.
  • I didn't notice any ROI, whereas we lost money in paying for the payroll services.
To be honest, it wasn't as great as another company we went with. Exact same problems/offers/service with a better price.
If you have a larger company, or have a lot of time set aside, then I would recommend it. However, in my case, we have very few employees, I don't have a lot of time to spend online, and I need precise and direct help.
