Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

Paycor is used throughout our organization of 65 employees. It has given employees easier access to their payroll data and our organization easier access to reporting features. It has also made process payroll easier from outside of the office.
  • Paycor's day to day specialist assigned to my account has been helpful, resourceful, and has offered many times ways I can make my job easier.
  • Paycor is priced competitively in the payroll field especially for non-profits.
  • The Paycor mobile app does not provide the functionality many employees hope for and does not always align with certain type of accrual benefits.
  • The Paycor implementation was bumper than expected for a organization of this size. With only 65 employees I was surprised that we still had last minute items that were trying to be finalized late in the game. The specialist did seem to be doing everything he could.
  • Paycor has allowed for a more accurate tracking of benefit costs and payroll costs per department for those employees who work in multiple.
  • Paycor has created some employee confusion because the mobile app is not consistent with the website.
Paycor seems to work well for processing payroll and collecting time data. I am not yet convinced of the functionality of the ACA feature that I have enrolled in. I'm sure for larger organizations or those with more significant budgets Paycor would be ideal.
