Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

It is being used by at least one of the NorthPoint Capital entities at this time, although we are now considering using it for other branch offices. Paycor helps us take care of all the payroll and employee tax needs for my one-person office.
  • All the Paycor service reps--as well as every Paycor employee I've been in contact with--have been very responsive, professional, friendly, and caring.
  • Paycor's internet-based payroll system is very easy to use.
  • My service rep checks in on me periodically to make sure everything is running smoothly, and I always get an introductory email and phone call when I get a new rep.
  • Paycor has an excellent variety of HR tools we could utilize if we needed them.
  • Paycor's payroll processing costs are competitive, and their modest price increases occur with less frequency than I would have expected.
  • The annual W-2 processing fee seems a bit high to me, so I'd like to see that lowered.
  • Paycor has helped me to free up my time for tasks that are more central to our mission as a company, instead of diverting my energies into HR areas that aren't part of my expertise.

Paycor is very well-suited for our very small office because they provide a reasonably-priced, personalized payroll experience that is convenient and simple to use.

I can't think of any scenarios where Paycor wouldn't be well-suited to provide the same services to other companies.
