If you have to reach out to paycor get ready for a long wait
Overall Satisfaction with Paycor
I've had too many issues with Paycor to continue with service. It was easier to switch over to Quickbooks and the customer service is much better. The customer service is nonexistent as I'm writing this I've been on hold for 35 minutes to try once again to cancel my service. Do yourself a favor and pass on this one.

- They're very good at being there at the beginning but once you sign up good luck if you need help
- They're very good at avoiding customers who want to stop using the service

Our HR and/or payroll team has not had any measurable time savings. - didn't help us at all and the customer service is terrible. I've been on hold for 45 mins.
