Overall Satisfaction with Paycor

I am an hourly employee who uses Paycor to clock in. I'm sure my HR department does much more with the tool. I know that we also use Paycor to request days off and see how much vacation we have left, which is nice! The scope of use is for hundreds of employees in this case.

Pros

  • Clock in options
  • Request vacation
  • Showing paychecks in advance

Cons

  • It would be nice to understand the performance review function better
  • improved employee experience
Our HR and/or payroll team has saved time, but I'm not sure how much.
I give it this rating because - as a user - it is relatively user friendly and I find that my HR team is able to get whatever support they may need to help me with whatever Paycor questions I may have.
