Overall Satisfaction with PeopleAdmin

We use PeopleAdmin 7 across the entire organization. We use it to hire faculty, staff and research. It addresses some of our hiring needs but not all.

  • Role Profiles
  • Account Set up
  • Offer Letter enhancements
  • Organization structure and set up
  • Big picture planning
  • Positive is we are tracking more than we ever have.
  • Negative is that we cannot have PeopleAdmin 7 do everything it needs to do.
I think that it is well suited if everything is very specific and you have no outliers. For outliers and large differences in hiring practices it is not great.
