Overall Satisfaction with PFL Hybrid Experience Platform

We've leveraged Hybrid Experience Platform at Insight for many different types of campaigns and lead generation. From helping webinar registrants get excited for their up-coming session with Popcorn and Coffee, to meeting-setters in a "do this, get this" scenario, to congratulating CIO's for having won a prestigious award in their region. We've found incredible value in the partnership with Hybrid Experience Platform. Not only do they consult with us and help us reach our demand gen and appointment setting goals, but they proactively bring new ideas to the table and work directly with our Marketo experts to ensure the API is working properly. If you're finding it harder to connect with prospects and existing customers via the "same old channels", definitely look at PFL to help. Merging the digital experience with the physical can be a massive game changer.

Highly scaleable. We'll be looking at incorporating and scaling even more programs in the near future. The main driver here has been slow adoption by other teams due to a misunderstanding of what PFL provides.

Some teammates believed PFL to be an agency, and therefor didn't leverage them in campaigns for a long time.
We've incorporated in virtual experiences like events and webinars to provide a thorough and well designed experience for our internal teams, SMEs and clients. In addition, we're working on incorporating across many stages of the prospect journey to enhance the overall experience of those we are expanding business in as well as attracting as new customers.
Only thing holding me back from a perfect 10 would be the timelines for involving the technical team on occasion. There have been a few times where the PFL technical support team has been booked up for days or more than a week out which can delay our project timelines.

This doesn't happen often, let me be clear. But when it does, it's usually at the worst time for our campaigns.
While there is some overlap in services and capabilities, PFL stands out in it's Tactile Automation Platform and customer success/support. They are truly part of our team and we look to them for new ideas, guidance, and opportunities we have not yet thought of internally.

It's a partnership we thrive on.
