Well-suited for enabling prospect and customer teams to send gifts within a set of guidelines that can be determined by admin.

Less mature for sending outside North America. There is potential and growth there, but requires a bit more upfront effort to match North American options.

For gifting on cold outbound or from when you are just getting to know someone Alyce is incredible. After that, when you are looking for something extremely specific that's the only place I divert.

We have recently started using Alyce and I adore it!! It's extremely easy to use and it's been fun working together to create custom gift boxes that customers/prospects will love while thinking about our company. The Alyce team is extremely supportive, easy to connect with, and contact. It has been an extremely positive experience so far.

As a Business Development Representative at [...] I leverage Alyce gifting to connect with leaders on key accounts in order to schedule meetings, additionally I use it to increase my show rate on upcoming scheduled meetings. For example, I'll send a prospect on an upcoming meeting a coffee gift card to enjoy while they are on the meeting. My use case: secure and confirm meetings

Alyce is really great in securing a meeting time or confirming to increase show rate as it shows that my team and I appreciate the prospects time. It is best used when I've tried to make contact multiple times in multiple ways, otherwise it can sometimes come off bribey for trying to book a meeting.

We use gifting through Alyce as a way to cut through the noise of sales and marketing. It's helped us navigate economic fluctuations and high advertising costs, while continuing to prove marketing ROI.

Our GTM team uses Alyce together. We share in the strategy, execution and success of how gifting plays a part. Everyone has accountability in the tool in driving future customer meetings, accelerating deals and "welcome gifts" when a customer signs.

Our events team uses Alyce on-site, so they don't have to ship hundreds of physical gifts that may or may not get used. Lowers cost, allows prospect to select something they like that doesn't take up space in a suit case, and since the gift will be delivered in the following weeks, it reminds the customer of our brand and gives the sales rep a nice reason to follow-up.

Internal gifting: we use Alyce for internal gifting, whether it be thank you, winning a challenge or birthday.

We use Alyce as a way to gain market research. We survey our future, current and past customers to ensure we're creating value for our buyers.

  • Robust reporting that allows you to see how gifting plays a part in the customer journey. You directly correlate spend to revenue and see which gifts, campaigns, teams or team members are driving the most success. Allows team leads to work with those struggling to see results thorugh gifting.

  • Auto-built landing pages save our teams countless hours
  • Alyce integrates with SF, Marketo, HubSpot, 6sense, Drift, and other common GTM tools for automating.
  • More gift options in countries like South Africa, Japan, etc. As we scale into new markets, we'd like Alyce to scale with us
I've used all the sending platforms (Sendoso, Reachdesk, Loop & Tie, Alyce, and Surgar Wish).

I've had the most success with Alyce. We're a global SaaS platform with presence in NAM, EMEA and APAC. We're valued at $2B and drive around $2.5M in sales. As a demand gen team we have about ~$12M in program spend, so I'd say the tool is suitable for a scaling mid-market/enterprise brand that's focused on ROI, efficiency and scaling.

I'm not sure who Alyce is not suitable for to be honest, I can only speak from my experience using it in my current role. I imagine it's not suitable for a company whose tech stack cannot integrate with Alyce.

We wanted Alyce to provide an additional, yet unique touchpoint for our SAMs to re-engage accounts, celebrate their wins, thank them for renewals, etc. Our organization has loved using Alyce and has seen some really fun wins with it!

We use Alyce every single day at RingCentral. The way we use Alyce is by sending a gift to the prospect to get a meeting set. Also, sending a small gift before the meeting to confirm they will be attending. When a gift is offered, it is more likely the prospect will give us the time of day.

We use Alyce to build engagement with clients and prospects. It is a super helpful tool to enhance existing relationships (customers are delighted to receive gifts customized just for them). Alyce is also effective in grabbing the attention of prospects who are challenging to get ahold of.

  • Sometimes contact research is surface-level or irrelevant.
Alyce is great for year-end gifts to customers. It's also great for re-igniting sales conversations that may have fizzled out. Unfortunately, emails directly from Alyce can sometimes end up in spam folders.

I use Alyce as a door opener for key contacts that I am responsible for connecting with. I use Alyce to generate early-stage relationships and book meetings with customers. Alyce is an eye-catching gift that piques the interest of my customers. I often will book Lunch & Learn's with my prospects as a way to learn about their business and share about my company's offerings. I also use Alyce to thank prospects that I connect with.

Alyce is an excellent way to have another point of communication with your prospects aside from only sales conversations. This helps the relationship and their trust in you a ton.

I was using Alyce as part of our outreach and customer acquisition plan. We were using it to compile lists and generate curated gifts. The program itself was easy to use, and was very intuitive. While we used the program it definitely generated leads and revenue. The company lost my loyalty when they raised capital and then only wanted to work with companies over 50m in revenue.

I would recommend Alyce to large companies because that is all that is allowed on their platform after their series funding.
