Overall Satisfaction with pharosIQ

pharosIQ is a lead generating vendor, we utilize it for our content syndication marketing efforts.
They are great at reaching the right contacts on the buying committee.

Pros

  • They have many different lead types they can deliver.
  • Conversion from lead to opportunity is great.
  • Our account manager is AMAZING! :)

Cons

  • I wish they could deliver sales ready appointments (not many vendors can).
  • It took us some time to get their legal team's feedback for the agreement.
  • Their costumer success team can do a bit better in offering additional perks where applicable.
  • Great lead to opportunity conversion.
  • High quality opportunities with good likelihood to close.
  • ROI wise - amazing deal. One closed won can sum up to the entire campaign's cost.
Our AM ([...]) is the best! She is highly recommended.
Having said that - the CS team lacks on the knowledge sharing part.
I have had customer success agents asking me to provide specific assets they have engaged with and asking very relevant questions in order to increase the campaign's quality, offering new initiatives I didn't know they can run and similar, while with pharosIQ it ended at campaign performance.
Getting hold of the right person on the buying committee is always the hardest part. With pharosIQ we were able to contact great leads and close new deals. Their Televerify campaign specifically is catering specifically for these needs as they actually get the prospect on the phone asking him relevant questions before sending the lead over.
They provide great service overall with not much needed on your side once the campaign is set up and working.
We use them all :) pharosIQ is up there with the best lead generation providers.

Their reach is amazing, getting to every company you'd like to get.
The tele-verified campaign drives great value when you need a lower funnel lead's campaign.
