Overall Satisfaction with Picsart
I haven't had to use Picsart for my current organisation yet, but I do use it for social media content creation.

- Ease of use
- Lots of tools and options available
- Can be hard to learn all how all the features work, would love to see tutorials/short videos demonstrating how to use the features.

- The free version has a lot of features and so therefore has quite a positive impact
