Overall Satisfaction with Picsart

I use it to edit photos, create collages, create backgrounds for printing and online documents, and for use in craft projects.
  • There is a good selection of photos to use for backdrops.
  • There is a wide selection of artistic filters.
  • There is a good selection of editing tools.
  • It's not as user friendly as it used to be.
  • I've had problems with allowing permissions for the app.
  • There are a lot of ads in the free version.
  • Good for informal creative additions to documents.
  • Good to add a visual element to emphasise text.
  • I don't use Picsart for work as it would not be appropriate.
I wouldn't compare it to the items above. I would compare it to Sketchbook, PicCollage, Phonto, etc. They all do different things and have different fonts and artistic capabilities. I use Picsart as it has artistic effects that I like but that I can't find in other apps.

It's good to use if you want to add interest to a document, not necessarily a word document, but certainly, something where you want to be a bit more creative, to add more interest to something informal or draw the attention of a reader or viewer. I wouldn't use the app to generate anything for work use as it would be distracting and take too much time to create.
