Overall Satisfaction with PiiQ by Cornerstone

A great tool to get regular review and discussion between manager and employee. The conversation is now happening between them!
  • Easy implementation of the review.
  • Easy discussion happening thanks to the check-in function.
  • Great analytic tool for manager and HR.
  • Could be easier if automatic reminder could be scheduled, it is still quite manual to remind everyone of the deadline in self-review and submission.
  • Employees and managers involvement has increased.
It is user-friendly, great design and visibility, easy to navigate.
Great timely response time, generally the next day we have a response to our query with an efficient solution.
We did not use any software before.
It is quite useful in term of review but the learning part is not so useful in our field. As a pharmaceutical consulting company, most of our employee are engineers and are looking at developing and keep up with the latest information in their field. there is no such learning catalog for that.
