Overall Satisfaction with PingOne from Ping Identity

We use the Ping Identity suite of products as our Identity Provider for SSO, MFA, and Risk-based authentication. This provides a secure and flexible solution for any enterprise authentication challenges we face. We also use their PingOne Advanced Services to host the solution in multiple regions, which simplifies our architecture and improves resilience.

  • Support was initially a challenge but has improved immensely.

  • A single provider for all authentication needs simplifies the stack and solution, and therefore the maintenance experience for users.
Ping's solutions are a powerful tool, but with that comes the need for skills to operate them. It's not easy for inexperienced engineers to run. From the end-user perspective, it is fully customizable and can be as seamless as you need.
The Ping products work. They can integrate with any application. They are significantly more reliable. The vendor is responsive and works with us. Other solutions are unreliable, the vendors are inflexible, their solutions are inflexible, and their support is inflexible. These do not work for enterprise solutions.
