To access equity research, view key company financial metrics, access earnings transcripts, and access the latest company news. The product allows for key research, financials, news, and company information all in one easy to use place, providing the appropriate information in an efficient manner. The scope of my use case is to assess the financial quality and viability of an investment or potential investment.

- More flexibility and options for screening companies on financial and non-financial metrics
- More readily accessible news articles on companies since many of the articles require a subscription to access
- Use AI to generate a detailed summary of all the news articles relating to a company’s most recent earnings, and then publish the summary
- Time saving by having access to company earnings announcements and transcripts
- Improved business decisions through being able to screen companies on key financial data
- Improved confidence in investment decisions based on the equity research and the company MOAT characteristics
PitchBook has a different value proposition in that it offers the Morningstar equity research, which we regard highly. It is also easier to use and navigate than the other terminals. Bloomberg and FactSet have a slightly different use case in that they provide real time market data, and are used predominantly for information related to that.
