Overall Satisfaction with Planful

I use playful for FP&A and budgeting purposes. It helps me save time by streamlining and automating recurring work streams and reports I need to pull each month for board meetings. This extra time saved helps me focus on analysis and strategizing instead.

Pros

  • Ad-hoc analysis
  • Predictive analytics

Cons

  • Training videos could be more accessible by changing format and allowing for click-and-view rather than course registration
  • Customer success team members can connect to new customers sooner to help with on-boarding
  • Could provide more as-box assistance services on the web to help with generic user questions
  • Can easily save me 3-5 hours a week through its ad hoc analysis function
Can collaborate within the application, comment, share and pass on tasks through the task manager. Highly effective and engaging
