Planful works well

We use Planful mainly for our consolidation tool. As of right now, we're using multiple ERP systems and this allows us to consolidate and properly analyze the business. Another thing we do is utilize dashboards, I'm sure we could do more with it but for now, it's exactly what we need.

We haven't had too many department level opportunities yet but what we do have is multiple locations. Planful allows us to analyze each site individually and eventually consolidated as well. We're able to measure each line item on the P&L and from there, we can improve.

We're utilizing the budget features within Planful to budget at the part level and work force planning level. This helps us determine how we're going to perform in the future. We're able to also use the consolidation module to eliminate all inter company transactions to see how we did as a business.
