Overall Satisfaction with Planful

In dynamic planning, we can complete our sales forecasting and budgeting processes down to the retailer and SKU level, have actuals flow in from our ERP system, and then report on all scenarios in dynamic reporting. We are currently able to go down to Customer Profit.

Pros

  • Highly customizable templates in dynamic planning.
  • Intuitive user interface in dynamic reporting.
  • Processing time.

Cons

  • Folders to organize scenarios.
  • Proactive health checks of our tenant with status lights on the web interface.
  • Saved at least 25 hours monthly processing time for allocations.
  • Provided automated and dynamic reporting for actuals vs plan/FC and PY.
  • Enhanced user interface which leads to higher adoption.
We recently rolled out reporting to our marketing team so they can see results and forecasts across all brands, and they’ve been very excited about the insights!
We’re currently not using all the functionalities.
